Yet another picture of oatmeal….

I just wanted to show off my new placemat at work.

Oatmeal

But, seriously, finally cooked up a bunch of oatmeal on Monday night, put it in a container and took it to work this morning. Now I have breakfast taken care of for the rest of the week! Check marks on my goal calendar incoming! ๐Ÿ˜‰

  1. great job on getting that done.. i’m horrible with planning ahead..

  2. Thank you ๐Ÿ™‚ Hopefully I don’t get sick of oatmeal ๐Ÿ˜‰ It’s pretty easy to cook up oatmeal while doing other stuff — when I remember — then sticking it in a big plastic lidded container. Thankfully, I have access to both a fridge and microwave at work. I’m thinking about boiling up some eggs tonight …. We’ll see ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. I don’t know what I’d do without oatmeal. Love it! Last week I was on a big “blueberries, strawberries, and almonds in my oatmeal” kick. There is so much you can do with it to keep from getting bored.

  4. Blueberries, I have heard of in oatmeal, but not strawberries. Hm…. Nuts make sense too. I must try this! I know it’ll be more visually appealing than banana. ::rubbing of hands like some dastardly villain::

  5. Oatmeal done right is a poetic breakbast in a ceramic bowl.

  6. breakfast!
