I went out to my favorite Greek restaurant and had their hummus again. This time, it was a little too lemony but still good. I tried to dissect it. I know it’s easy to make hummus at home but I haven’t ventured that far yet.
Store-bought hummus (Cedar’s Roasted Garlic) and pita (Toufayan whole wheat):
Cedar’s wasn’t bad but there are others I want to try. The restaurant pita was chewy and tender. The Toufayan was brittle and hard. Not a fan.
